By experiencing good physical and mental health, having a sense of purpose, being satisfied with your life and feeling fulfilled are all key indicators of high levels of wellbeing. Our wellbeing is critical to the quality of our lives and how we deal with the things that life will inevitably throw at us all. People with positive wellbeing often have greater resilience to illness, negative life events, and the plethora of problems modern life brings with it. By using photography as a tool to pause `any negative thoughts and allow skills and emotions of a child-like curiosity, wonder and achievement to come through creating feelings of wellbeing. The more we can increase our mindful 'moments' from negative to positive will allow changes in our thought patterns.
