Our post-covid world has led to more burnout than in 2020. Adults are feeling more tired, empty, and lacking in meaning than ever--and what do we do to cope? Hit the couch with Netflix and doomscroll until we rinse and repeat the day. We are overconsuming now more than ever to fill the void.PlayRx's mission is to combat adult over-consumption with CREATION and PLAY- (two things our society says is frivolous and a waste of time). Studies show that creativity and play are VITAL to health and wellness in humans of EVERY AGE and PlayRx is a REBELLION against the B.S. that says play and creativity are only for kids.My name is Megan run PlayRx and it's my mission to solve this problem by running creative play workshops that foster VITALITY, AUTHENTIC self-expression, and COMMUNITY. And no, it's nothing like the garbage ice breaker games you have to play at corporate events.
