Creative Supervision in Compassion Focused Therapy

About this Workshop‍

This course is aimed at those who have undertaken clinical supervision training or completed Fundamentals of Clinical Supervision and Clinical Supervision and CFT above . This workshop will build on the fundamentals of supervision for CFT and offer an opportunity to bring creativity and action methods to the supervisory process. This day will include theoretical and practical discussion, demonstration of techniques and opportunities to practice.

Timings

The first day will run from 9:30am to 4:30pm UK (GMT) time. The day will consist of lectures and discussions in large and small groups.

The second day will run from 9:30am to 1:00pm UK (BST) time. The morning will consist of reflections on how the ideas and theories from the first day have influenced thinking and practice in clinical supervision.‍ 

Entry requirements

4 years post-qualifying experience as a therapist (primary training)

4 years experience using CFT

Having appropriate supervision arrangements in place

Have access to a minimum of two supervisees.

Have access to appropriate supervision consultancy

.To be able to attend live for the whole of both days.‍‍
