I have been a group fitness and Zumba junkie since 2016. Dance fitness helps me decompress from mommy life and find myself again. I love Zumba so much and it has changed my life both physically and mentally in so many ways!I obtained my Zumba Fitness Instructor certification in January 2023 and I’m so excited to share the joy Zumba brings with others. My class mission is to give each and every classmate a fun workout experience that boosts their mood, confidence and health a little more each week. Zumba is my favorite part of the day and I hope it will be yours too!I am from Marthasville, MO and settled down with my husband and kids in New Haven, MO in 2020. I am a stay at home mom and run my own small business from home . My loves in this life are Jesus Christ , my family , friends and a good cup of coffee . When I’m not dancing, I enjoy hiking, biking, and visiting with the people I love . It’s important to me to embrace each moment I have with others and I cherish them deeply. I can’t wait to build fun memories with you in my class and hope you have an awesome time !
