Hello and welcome!I'm a qualified Practitioner with the College of Sound Healing (COSH) which is accredited to the CMA (Complimentary Medicine Association). I love giving wellbeing gong and sound baths, as sound vibrations can have such a healing effect on us in so many ways.All you need to do is snuggle cosily into your warm nest of favourite quilts and soft pillows and allow the soothing sounds of gently played gongs, healing flutes, restorative Tibetan bowls and chimes lull and wash softly over you – releasing all that does not serve you and emerging refreshed, renewed and restored!My soundbaths are mostly held in Forest Row or in the nearby area.I offer 1.5 hour individual sessions (1-to-1 or 1-to-2), which can be tailored to your specific needs and individual requirements, in my beautiful Forest Row garden studio.
