I am also a former experienced headteacher, executive head and trust leader, and diocesan deputy director of education.I'm fascinated by leadership.What makes leadership effective? Which micro actions make the biggest difference? How do you best inspire, motivate, empower and mobilise your teams?I'm also intrigued about what women bring to leadership, and whether this is different to men's leadership.
