Laura, owner of Divine Emergence, is a Breathwork Specialist and Ceremonialist. Aside from Divine Emergence, she runs a women's group called EmpowerHER and is a Master Trainer with Awakened Breath, training new health and wellness entrepreneurs all over the world. Part of her primary mission is to help people Awaken Their Inner Light and get in touch with all parts of the mind, body, spirit. Breathwork offers an expansive approach to shadow work. She has seen and helped many lives transform as a result of sharing this modality both in person and online.After her own journey with trauma, addiction, codependency, depression, and anxiety. She now not only lives her life in complete freedom and alignment, but she helps others to do the same. Laura offers immersive journeys into the trifecta of self using a multitude of practices (primarily breathwork). Drawing from her background in Psychology and trainings and teachings with breathwork and psychedelic assisted therapies, she is able to hold containers to a high standard using a variety of healing practices with intentional somatic release, energetic and physical support, and strong integration.
