Hello there! I have been a fitness professional since i starting teaching, way back in 1992! Making 2020 an incredible 29 years of doing what i love! As an extension to teaching fitness, i am also a Mindfulness Practionner and teach workshops around keeping yourself healthy by teaching on topics which help you to interject Mindfulness in your life. So, without a doubt, you are in safe hands. I love teaching within the community and i also have times where i work with employees and deliver Mindfulness to variouis work organisations. Still on my journey..still lots to do! I look forward to taking you all along with me on the rest of the lifelong journey of health, happiness, reflection, and mistakes too as we are all imperfectly perfect.
