Charlene is a leader of leaders, trainer of trainers, master motivator and sought after conference speaker.Professionally, Charlene has a Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing and is an Asst. Manager, Caritas Coach, and Heart Math Trainer for her organization. Charlene is the innovator of The Care Ambassador program for Health Care Professionals dealing with Compassion fatigue and burnout. She is well known for lighting the fire within a person verses lighting the fire underneath. As a Heart Math trainer, Charlene is actively training leaders and staff in her organization--The Resilience Advantage-- skills for personal and professional effectiveness.She is a loving and devoted wife and tag team partner with her husband, Don and the mother of three anointed children; Malcolm, Dominique, and Nehemiah.Charlene Johnson also has over 22 years of Nursing, Leadership, & Coaching experience.
