Joyce has always loved baking and has been passionate about making others smile with sweet ideas.Teaching cookie classes is the newest offering in her mission to bake the world a better place.While attending culinary school for Baking and Pastry, she achieved her dream of working at a bakery and knew this is where she wanted to be!After starting a family, Joyce felt called to stay home but still wanted to use her gifts and talents to bake for God's glory. One move, and one child later, and the baking business was born! Just Desserts By Joyce Giesler was established in 2021.When she's not raising kids, or running the baking biz, you can find Joyce enjoying the outdoors, volunteering with her local church, or playing board games.
