I am now deeply passionate about helping others access the wisdom of their body, mind, energy and heart & the healing vibrations & frequencies of sound. From pain to power, from suffering to sovereignty, from grief to grace, empowering all to live with balance, resilience & joy”.KATIEKatie is a professional dancer with over 15 years’ experience performing and teaching in various settings worldwide. She is the founder of @nosdanza, a project dedicated to providing accessible opportunities for people to experience and enjoy the wonders of dance through classes, workshops, events, and creative projects. In 2018, Katie discovered ecstatic dance at a festival in Goa. For the first time she found herself surrounded by non-trained dancers who were dancing purely for the love and joy of it. The passion and freedom with which they danced was inspiring and Katie fell back in love with her dancing once again. She returned to London and continued her conscious dance practices alongside her professional work, eventually becoming a part of the @ecstaticdance.uk team from 2020-21 where she helped to run and facilitate their events.Whatever the setting, Katie loves to share her expertise and passion for dance and hopes to inspire and enable people to discover a love for their own movement, creativity and expression.Katie says: “Dancing changes us. It softens us, opens us, sensitises us. It makes us more aware, more vulnerable, more empathic. Dance is a universal language that transcends boundaries and connects us on a deeper level - it brings us together. I really do think the world would be a better place if more people danced and so that’s my little mission: to get more people dancing”.ROBRob is primarily someone who loves dancefloors and has put the hours in over the years. Rob has been Djing for over 15 Years and played many conscious events and festivals all over the world under his Dj name Bobby Lost. He has also done 'the work' personally. After graduating in theatre and working as an actor he immersed himself in personal development and trained in group therapy, Bioenergetics and Breathwork, T.R.E and active meditations. He has also put on conscious clubbing events in Brighton and London. Rob says: “In these troubled times where division and constant ’othering’ prevails in our communities, as we fragment into smaller and smaller groups and identities, I think it's vital to find common ground to unite under. What better experience than to come together and synergise by moving to the same beat, breathing the same air and seeing each other's human expression beyond the labels?
