Melinda started practicing yoga at a young age to help manage Anxiety and body image concerns. With a passion to teach yoga to others on a similar journey and a belief that the powerful benefits of yoga should be accessible to all people, she completed 200 hours of trauma-informed yoga training in 2021.Melinda has now completed over 800 hours of study in Hatha, Vinyasa, Ashtanga, Yin Yoga, Aerial Yoga, Sound Healing, and Breathwork. She loves the sense of empowerment, confidence, self-belief, and playfulness that comes from practicing arm balances and inversions!
