Magdalena has been teaching yoga to groups and individuals in English, German and occasionally Spanish since 2016.Driven by an insatiable curiosity to better understand not only the human body, but also the interweavements between body, mind and consciousness, she's completed over 1000 training hours with a well-picked selection of international teachers and mentors in the areas of traditional Hatha/Vinyasa Yoga, functionally oriented LYT® (physio yoga), anatomy and biomechanics, myofascial release and massage techniques, breathwork, vocal expression and somatic bodywork. In 2022 she finished her 2years training at the Institute of Integrative Yogapsychology in Berlin as a Yogapsychological Coach.Being a songwriter herself, to her, yoga and somatic bodywork are not only a means to establish balance and well-being, but they're a path that allows to dig deeper, to find answers to existential questions and catalyze the creative and artistic potential that inhabits every person.
