Mae'r bartneriaeth yn gweithio i nodi anghenion sgiliau rhanbarthol ar hyn o bryd ac yn y dyfodol, ac yn defnyddio'r wybodaeth hon i sicrhau bod y ddarpariaeth fwyaf addas a pherthnasol ar gael ar gyfer cenedlaethau'r dyfodol!Mae’r PSRh yn rhan o ddull ehangach Llywodraeth Cymru o ddatblygu economaidd rhanbarthol, gan gynnwys yr ymrwymiad yn y Cynllun Gweithredu Economaidd i gryfhau cynllunio strategol rhanbarthol. Mae PSRh Gogledd Cymru hefyd yn cefnogi Cynllun Twf Gogledd Cymru trwy weithio gyda phartneriaid prosiect i gwmpasu a deall gofynion sgiliau buddsoddiad y Cynllun Twf. Unwaith y bydd y sgiliau yma wedi'u nodi, mae'r wybodaeth yn cael ei chasglu a'i ddefnyddio i lobïo darparwyr a Llywodraeth Cymru am newidiadau yn y ddarpariaeth.------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------The North Wales Regional Skills Partnership bring together employers, skills providers and key local stakeholders to better articulate skills demand and challenges at a regional and local level. The partnership works to identify current and future regional skills needs, and uses this intelligence to ensure the most suitable and relevant provision is available for our future generations!The RSP forms part of the Welsh Government’s broader approach to regional economic development, including the commitment in the Economic Action Plan to strengthen regional strategic planning. The North Wales RSP also supports the North Wales Growth Deal by working with project partners to scope and understand the skills requirements of the Growth Deal investment. Once these skills are identified, the information is collated and used to lobby providers and Welsh Government for changes in provision.
