RestorewithsylSylvia is a Myo Yin Yoga teacher passionate about blending myofascial release, yin yoga, and breathwork to help others find deep relaxation, pain relief, release body tension and emotional balance.Her journey began with chronic neck and back pain, spending heavily on massages and physiotherapy that never fully worked on the right knots. Through these treatments, she realized she wasn’t breathing deeply with her belly, which also contributes to her tension.In her search for healing, she discovered Myo Yin—a blend of myofascial release and yin yoga—and explored breathwork, which became the perfect method for relieving tension and calming her mind. Now, with more than two years of teaching experience, Sylvia is passionate about helping others experience the same relief.She empowers her students to take control of their well-being through myofascial release(self-massage), yin yoga and breathwork, just as she has learned to do for herself.
