By purchasing a ticket and attending Engkanto: A Cinema Concert Tour, you agree to the following terms and conditions:  

1. Ticket Purchase & Entry  
- Tickets can be purchased online and at the venue on the day of the event, subject to availability.  
- Each ticket admits one (1) person and is transferable but non-refundable. The original buyer must ensure the ticket is valid for the new attendee.  
- A valid ticket must be presented for entry. Screenshots or photocopies of tickets will not be accepted.  
- Lost or stolen tickets will not be replaced.  
- Seating is on a first-come, first-served basis. There are no reserved seats, so early arrival is recommended to secure preferred seating.  

2. Event Guidelines  
- Doors will open one 10 minutes before showtime. Please arrive early for a smooth entry.  
- Outside food and drinks are allowed inside the venue.  
- Smoking, vaping, and the use of prohibited substances are strictly prohibited.  
- Attendees must comply with all venue policies and security checks. Anyone displaying disruptive or inappropriate behavior may be removed without a refund.  
- Special Offer: First Show ticket holder will receive their choice of regular popcorn, caramel popcorn, or bottled water upon entry.  

3. Photography & Recording 
- Mobile phones are allowed for capturing photos and short videos during the concert. However, professional cameras, tripods, and recording equipment are not permitted.  
- Live streaming of the event is strictly prohibited.  
- By attending, you consent to being recorded or photographed, and the event organizers may use such media for promotional purposes.  

4. Refunds & Cancellations 
- All ticket sales are final. Refunds will only be issued if the event is canceled by the organizer.  
- In case of unforeseen circumstances, such as natural disasters or government restrictions, the event may be rescheduled, and tickets will remain valid for the new date.  

5. Liability & Safety
- The event organizers and venue are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings.  
- Attendees assume full responsibility for their safety and well-being while attending the event.  
- Any injuries or incidents must be reported to the event staff immediately.
