Our purpose is to stimulate an interest in the visual arts among our members and to provide a focus on sharing the fine arts with the community. On November 12, 1958 five ladies met with a common interest in art which most were Euclid High School teachers. Art meetings and Sidewalk Art Shows in downtown Euclid were held. In 1967 the "Mobile Art Cart" was conceived to provide patients at Euclid General Hospital with a painting of their choice to hang in their rooms which the program no longer exist.Today EAA has monthly art demonstration meetings, art shows, workshops, online Sketchers art challenges, and other programs. We proudly award an annual EAA Scholarship to an outstanding Euclid High School art student. Artists and Art Lovers are welcomed to join. We continuously seek to share and support the arts in the community.
