Welcome to Wake Up DublinWe’re a community of young adults (ages 18–35) practicing mindfulness in the Plum Village tradition, founded by Vietnamese Zen Master Thích Nhất Hạnh.We gather in person every Sunday evening in Oscailt, 8 Pembroke Road, Ballsbridge, Dublin 4. On the first Sunday of every month, we host a special open evening to warmly welcome new practitioners.
