Hi Islanders!Since moving to Vashon at the end of 2023, I have realized there are A LOT of us between the ages of 25 - 45ish and we want to CONNECT. We just don't always know how to find each other. And so...Vashon Connectshas been formed as a way to hopefully provide meaningful, monthly gatherings for this particular age range. We have A LOT to offer the island and hopefully these monthly gatherings will be the start of building connections that last for lifetimes.For over 20 years I have been planning events in an assortment of ways for people of all ages. From teenagers to more mature adults, bringing smiles to people's faces fills my heart with joy. My hope in creating Vashon Connects will be a continuation of shared smiles here on the island with like-aged people. Whether providing a book club for six, creating an outdoor tour guide company, providing courses on authenticity or planning a Mutts N Models event for over 300 people, my goal is always the same...to bring people together in ways that build lasting, authentic and playful connections. Vashon Connects events will include a variety of options over the months, so get ready to connect with other islanders 25 - 45ish years old, because we DO exist!May each of Vashon Connects events bring us closer together through shared experiences, fun and lots of laughter!
