I am the host of Authentically Raw. Personal development and skill building events held in person and online.Life is a journey. What we do with our time here is ultimately in our hands. No one gives or takes from us unless we allow it.Authentically Raw allows me to share with my guests what I have learned on my journey to empowering my daily life and living in my purpose on my farm.My mental health became front and centre a few years back when my youngest struggled with suicidal ideations, self harm and addiction issues. The journey to peeling away my own mental health issues was difficult and deep, but powerful. I realized along the way that the choices I was making were having many effects on all categories of my life, and I wasn't even aware of 75% of them. PTSD issues, depression, anxiety and people pleasing were exhausting me daily.My mission now is to empower others in living their truth and their purpose while always being mindful of their health in all categories - mental, physical, spiritual, financial and emotional. To empower others to make conscious and simple decisions in moving towards their larger outcomes/ purposeWe do not get to change the past, we simple can choose to live in the present. Therein lies the gift of being alive.Where you are, where you want to be or where you think you should be, is exactly where you are.Join me on this journey and step into a community of like-minded people lifting and supporting each other.
