Hey there! My name is Shelby, and I am a Certified Sound Healer located in the Jupiter / Palm Beaches area of southern Florida. I host community based sound healing events, as well as private events, and ceremonies that are aimed to accommodate everyone from brand new yogis to those who've been on their spiritual journey for a very long time. My mission for sharing this practice is to create community, offer an energetically safe environment for deep relaxation, and channel the beautiful healing that sound and frequency offer to anyone who feels called to receive. I myself have experienced first hand the life-changing benefits of sound healing after enduring multiple medical traumas, including multiple heart surgeries, that caused a plethora of discord between my body, mind, and spirit. After the first session I experienced so much mental and physical relief that I just knew I had found the therapy that my soul needed. And so I dove head first into this world of healing and frequency. And now I am blessed enough to share it with you!
