The Annual Festival Mná will take place on January 4th 2025 On Nollaig na mBan in Dun na Sí, Moate, Co.Westmeath

What's Happening On The Day

Festival Mná is a unique Holistic gathering celebrating all Women of all ages in Ireland.

We have seen three generations of women celebrating at this unique event since 2022.

The main event is an ultimate connection in Ireland's largest Women's Circle with Top facilitators hosting lots of different holistic Modalities such as Yoga , Meditation & Breathwork Practices, Empowered Speeches , Music ,Fun Activities, Healing modalities and a 'Red Tent' space for women to connect throughout the day.

• Music that moves your soul Sound Bath / Kirtan sessions with breathtaking performances.

• Remember the day of celebration with some ink ,Tattooing Arcade on site - We even have our own Festival Mná tattoo design.
• Open Scared Red Tent space to experience some womb TLC with a breastfeeding space.
• Creative Workshops with Willow
• Yoni steaming a beautiful healing space held by Ireland's gifted womb space holders .
• Empowering Speeches from top inspirational speakers on all things woman/mental health and wellness.
• Fitness /twerking / class for the sweaty fun factor.
• Kids holistic area with Holistic fun & games to occupy the little ones.
• Funky market stalls with unique offerings from jewelry, crystals, clothing to food produces, candles and all things holistic, creative and Irish!

Dún na Sí Amenity & Heritage Park is located in Moate, Co. Westmeath, just 15 minutes from Athlone. It is easily accessible by car, bus and bike.

By Car:

Dún na Sí Amenity & Heritage Park is closely located to the M6 motorway, which connects Dublin to Galway.

From Dublin: Take exit 6 off the motorway and take the third exit off the first roundabout. Continue on straight at the second roundabout, then take the first exit off the 3rd roundabout. Continue through Moate town. When approaching the end of the town (towards the traffic calming/boundary section), take a right. Follow this road over the railway tracks, taking the next left after these into the park’s entrance, which will be signposted.

From Galway: Take exit 7 off the motorway and turn left at the T Junction, following the sign for Moate. On entering the Moate town limits, take the first left, and follow this road over the railway tracks, taking the next left after these into the park’s entrance, which will be signposted.

By Bus:

Bus Eireann and Citylink run hourly buses between Dublin and Galway, which stop off in Moate. Dún na Sí Heritage and Amenity Park is a short 20 minute walk from the bus stop.

By Bike:

Dún na Sí Amenity and Heritage Park is located adjacent to a section of The Old Rail Trail Greenway, a 42km cycle path which connects Athlone and Mullingar.
