I love herbalism, community gatherings, mountain biking, paddle boarding, cross-country and downhill skiing, golfing, martial arts, swimming, hiking, tai chi, Yin Yoga, traveling, vegetable juicing, preparing delicious meals, dancing, crocheting, time with family, singing, and making music.
