I am a National Board Certified Health Coach with 27+ years in the health and fitness industry. I recently sat for the National Board of Health and Wellness Coaches Certification given by the National Board of Medical Examiners. My Fitness certifications have given me the experience of training clients to achieve physical fitness goals. My Health Coach certifications allow me to further coach people to achieve physical and mental health goals through science proven skills and techniques for long term behavioral changes. My coaching involves behavioral changes regarding nutrition, exercise, stress management, weight management, disease and illness risk reduction and disease and illness lifestyle management. I offer 1 on 1 and group coaching in addition to workshops, classes and presentations.
