Post-retirement in 2012, Ottis transitioned into impactful work with at-risk youth in detention centers, alternative schools, and community mentorship programs. Beyond a job, this endeavor became his passion, leading him to mentor and train young football athletes driven to improve. With a track record of success within the juvenile justice system for 4 years, Ottis made a full-time commitment to his career.
