After experiencing burnout and ill health, I turned to nature and mindfulness for healing. From a young age, I’ve felt a deep connection with nature, but modern life led me to disconnect from it.Returning to nature has been transformative, teaching me how to slow down, regain clarity, and reconnect with my core values. Through forest bathing and mindfulness, I’ve experienced physical and emotional healing, and I’ve learned that nature is not just a place to visit—it’s a profound teacher and a source of balance.My mission is to guide others in reconnecting with nature, fostering a sense of interconnectedness with the world around us. I believe that as we restore our connection to nature, we also restore our sense of self. Nature is essential to our well-being, and by preserving it, we preserve our own health. I work with individuals and groups to cultivate mindfulness and a deeper awareness of the natural world, helping people navigate life’s challenges with a sense of peace, purpose, and clarity.
