I'm a certified nature and forest therapy guide and I run regular events to encourage people to reconnect with nature and community, for wellness and personal growth.For almost a decade, I have been guiding small groups primarily in and around London, in order to connect people to their local environment. I have also collaborated with charities, artists and companies, either by guiding walks, providing consultancy or giving talks.The experiences I run are mindful, embodied and relational and my style of guiding is grounded, intuitive and playful.
