Delving deeper into self-practice is the key to meeting yourself as you are and where you are at that moment.All the hours you put on our mat will bring to the surface the true you, and with time, as you work with your breath, you work with your mind, cultivating a sense of self-awareness, non-judgment, acceptance and love.Once you listen to your body, you can identify unhealthy patterns, be aware of their effects and overcome them by building new healthy ones.It is all about reconnecting to yourself, listening to your body's needs, and allowing its innate healing abilities to flourish.It is about permitting yourself to slow down and take the time you need, the space you need to find that rhythm and balance that is in constant motion.
