I am a fun-loving seeker of truth and healing through the power of the Holy Spirit committed to growing and training in health, loving God and others!I am an Independent Revelation Wellness group fitness instructor, an ACE (American Council on Exercise) Certified Personal Trainer, Barre and Soul Certified Instructor and PN (Precision Nutrition) Nutrition Coach.Classes are held Tuesdays at Prairie Harvest Christian Life Center and are for everyone who desires to link arms in community and show up to cheer over compare and grow in being the authentic person you are meant to be. We have fun and all movement is an invitation to whatever level you feel is right for you.
