To introduce myself, I am a registered nurse and health visitor with a lifelong belief in the wellbeing benefits of nature and the outdoors, which I am passionate about sharing with anybody who is interested. My experience in nursing has equipped me with the ability to build strong, trusting relationships and effectively address the unique needs of each individual. Whether working one-on-one or with larger groups, my approach is always empathetic and inclusive, ensuring that all voices are heard and valued.In July 2024, I began training to become a Forest Therapy Practitioner, offering ways to get the best out of your connection with nature to meet your wellbeing goals.My mission is to model and share the principles of forest therapy, offering evidence-based approaches that inspire and empower people to harness the restorative benefits of nature.​
