Meditating with Olga is here to make sure some healing and regenerative time is folded into even the most difficult of days. If you are looking to create calm and energy in your life and would like get the support of a meditation group, join us!I have been practising a wide variety of meditations for over 30 years for my own personal development and anxiety management. This practice has transformed my life, and my relationship to my work, and I love sharing the magic of meditation! I qualified as a teacher through the British School of Meditation and hold meditation sessions in person and online.I will guide you in a variety of meditations I love to set you off (or set you back on track) with your inner journey of finding calm, balance, and joy in all you do!Here's what's on offer:- I do short free online guided and accesible meditations on Wednesday and Thursday evenings on https://www.meetup.com/meditating_with_olga/ These sessions are a great place to kickstart a meditation practice, or simply if you want support to find some balance, or keep on track with your meditation practice- I also do longer in depth meditation mornings that support areas of personal growth and celebrate the cycles of nature every third Sunday.
