We're your friendly neighbourhood smokehouse on wheels, bringing the authentic flavours of the Lone Star State straight to your events. Think mouthwatering, slow-smoked goodness like tender beef brisket that melts in your mouth, succulent pulled pork that'll make you say "yeehaw!", and our famous Texas Twinkies (you've gotta try 'em to believe 'em!). We're talking proper BBQ sides too, from creamy potato salad to hearty BBQ beans.Whether you're planning a birthday bash, a corporate shindig, or just a good ol' get-together, we cater for events big and small, starting from just £20 per person (based on a minimum of 30 folks).And if you're local to us, keep your eyes peeled! We regularly fire up the smokers at a number of your favourite pubs every Friday night, bringing a little slice of Texas BBQ to your weekend.
