Illinois RallyCap Sports is a community-based nonprofit chapter dedicated to providing inclusive sports opportunities for young adults with disabilities. Led by longtime advocate and caregiver Val Montgomery, we host adaptive, accessible, and fun-filled events that promote physical activity, friendship, and belonging. Our mission is to expand inclusive recreation across Illinois and nearby communities through creative, barrier-free programs that integrate sports, play, and even sign language. Whether it’s frisbee, fitness, or team-building fun — everyone deserves a chance to play!
