Business Owner - Erica is a professional health and wellness counselor who graduated from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition. Erica is known for guiding individuals through self-sabotage, anxiety, depression, addictions and overall health concerns through one-on-one counseling, workshops and wellness retreats.Erica overcame her own personal challenges and found peace through wellness and healing practices such as yoga, mediation and multiple mindful methods.
