Hi, my name is Noemi and I've completed a 200 hour yoga teacher training with @TheTreeYogaCooperative in South Los Angeles in May 2021. I started practicing yoga around 2013-14 after I experienced a painful low back injury. Since then, I want to push back against the Americanized yoga stereotype & show you that any BODY can be a yoga body.My mission is to share yoga as a healing practice, rooted in equity for BIPOC communities.
