Our storyWe Got Talent Oy is a joint venture, formed in July 2018 by Finnish Game Day and Helsinki Games Factory. Our mission is to help the Finnish game and software industry to find new talent, while also helping developers to find their new home in the industry. Games Factory Talents is a brand of We Got Talent OY, focusing on matchmaking talent with game companies.The founding team has a strong background in the game industry, business developement, talent acquisition and financing. The team from the Finnish Game Day side has been organizing successful recruitment events and matchmaking talent to open positions for a while now, and Helsinki Games Factory has already established themselves as an important developer of the Finnish game industry.We focus on Four key activities:Organizing Games Job FairsMatching talent to open positions in the games industryOutstaffing developers for fixed-term projectsOrganizing annual Finnish Game Day event in St.Petersburg in JuneOur missionWe are helping Finnish and Nordic games and IT studios to find best talents.In addition to our key activities, we also have in our scope the mission of fast-tracking juniors and students to start their careers.
