Creating art is a meditative practice for me, a vehicle for healing, self-discovery, and manifesting the world I envision for myself. As I infuse my artwork with positive energy and affirmations, I am able to move through my obstacles and stagnation. When my paintings hang around me, they emanate this positive energy, which uplifts my surroundings. This is why I have fallen in love with painting - I do it for my own well-being, and through me, others may benefit from the positive energy that spills out into the world.I hope to inspire others to discover the transformative power of creativity as a healing tool. Creating art is a fun and wonderful way to explore self-expression, build self-confidence, and process trauma in a safe and nurturing environment. Through the practice of creativity, one can learn to calm anxiety and increase self-acceptance. I believe that creativity is a powerful instrument for personal growth and I would love for others to experience the same benefits that I have found through my own artistic journey.
