Alasdair is a UK-based spatial data analyst, visualiser, researcher, writer, speaker and trainer. Formerly a Professor of Urban Studies and Planning at a UK University, he has been a GIS user for more than 20 years and previously designed, launched and ran an MSc in Applied GIS. His mission is to help more people learn how to use geospatial tools and produce meaningful, high-impact analysis for a variety of audiences.
