Our blueprint is to produce liquor that the channel islands can be proud of, and that the world will envy. Flavour is key, provenance is king and locality is at the heart of everything we do. Our beautiful sail loft distillery in jersey and our cellar distillery at the Bella luce hotel in guernsey is the culmination of a life-long love affair with flavour, creating small-batch gins and rums, bottling them by hand, and serving them with the aspiration to change the liquor space forever.
