I’m a mountain biking coach, Certified Personal Trainer (CPT), and parent coach with over 30 years of riding experience and 25 years of teaching. I’m certified in CPR and hold a Level 1 MTB PIMBA certification. I’m passionate about helping others build resilience and confidence, especially girls, through outdoor adventures like mountain biking.
