ISACA have established a program called SheLeadsTech, which focuses on women in IT and the challenges and opportunities associated with it.Our work mainly consists of organizing events where we invite representatives from Danish companies/organizations to speak about how they work with attracting/retaining women in IT, as well as individuals to share their personal experience with careers in IT.Seeking Inspiring StoriesWe're on the lookout for female speakers who can share their personal career journeys—how they got to where they are today. These stories are powerful tools for inspiring others and showcasing the diverse paths to success in tech. The events will be a mix of physical and virtual formats, and it would be fantastic if the speakers could join us in Denmark for the in-person sessions.Our purposeThe goal is to inspire young women to take an interest in IT educations but also use our network to get a job in IT/tech.GoalTo create a network of people who see the benefit of getting more women interested in IT.
