WHO AM I?I am dedicated to the belief that sound can be both healing and life enhancing. The difference between the random sounds of daily life and the focused use of sound is that the latter produces harmony rather than dissonance. When we are able to mindfully absorb healing sound, balance occurs which energises our entire energy system. Frequencies rise, and our lives begin to transform as we experience vibrant health on all levels.I'm a qualified healing sound practitioner (College of Sound Healing and the Sesame Institute) Cruse counsellor, Reiki practitioner (2nd degree), wellbeing consultant, registered story-teller and integrative arts therapist with over 20 years experience. I live on the edge of Exmoor in the village of Dunster and on the Lundy to Stonehenge ley-line where I have my practice, consultation room and gong space.WHAT DO I DO?I offer people healing sessions and ways to reduce stress, anxiety and depression. Some of these include mindfulness and breathing techniques that are easy to integrate in daily life and are powerful ways to transform unresolved fear and sadness.I play the gongs in the community and across the south west for groups, individuals and businesses. I also broadcast regular gong-baths live online, enabling you to meet and be met by the gongs from the convenience of your home, office or workplace.I run regular healing sound retreats, offering people a safe, stress free, inspiring experience where they get to connect more deeply with the seasons, woods and outstanding local natural landscape.I also work with the old stories and am a storyteller.
