Combined we have a rich amount of training and experience in sound therapy, yoga, meditation, breathwork, sacred voice, movement medicine and more. We hold space for those wishing to grow in self-acceptance, love, and consciousness. We encourage the practice of inner listening and we are passionate about sharing the benefits of these ancient practices. We are continuously learning and growing.
