Yoga became a part of my life during a time when I needed deep healing—physically, emotionally, and spiritually. What started as movement turned into a powerful practice of connection, growth, and self-discovery. I teach because I believe in yoga’s ability to meet us exactly where we are. My classes are a blend of strength and softness, structure and freedom. Whether we’re flowing through arm balances or settling into stillness, my hope is that you leave feeling a little more grounded, a little more open, and a lot more connected—to yourself and the world around you.
