Motivated fitness entrepreneur and Founder of Golden Army Fitness L.L.C. based in New York City. My journey in fitness took a transformative turn during the height of the 2020 COVID-19 pandemic. Overwhelmed by the devastation and loss, I, along with my best friend, decided to make a positive impact. Together, we created a free community jogging group, offering support and camaraderie during challenging times. This grassroots initiative fueled my commitment to wellness and led to the establishment of Golden Army Fitness in the winter of 2021.
