About CraigBeing a musician from an early age, Craig has always had a keen interest in sound. He experimented with synthesisers in his teens and this was the start of his love for creating unusual soundscapes.In 2016 Craig embarked on 350+ hours of training over 18 months with BAST, whilst working full time as a Professional Sound Practitioner. Craig also holds qualifications in Reiki, Mindfulness and Meditation. Prior to this Craig trained and worked as a Life Coach.The host of many Gong Relaxation Experiences, Craig also works on a deeper level with groups and individuals, using a mix of Sound Therapy, Mindfulness and Coaching techniques to help people navigate the challenges in their lives.Craig supports people in developing their self-awareness, in finding relief from physical symptoms, unhelpful thoughts and behaviour patterns, dealing with life events, and taking positive steps to improve their life experience. Book 1 to 1 sessions directly with Craig. The majority of workshops will be listed on Eventbrite.Gong Relaxations are a wonderful introduction to the benefits of Sound Healing. The gongs are played gently to induce a deep state of relaxation in the mind and body. A blissful experience and a great way to leave behind your day to day stresses.
