Earned her BA in Business Administration, dual master’s Degrees in Secondary Education Counseling and Private Practice Therapy. She holds certificates Dare to Lead Trained by Brene` Brown, Coro Women in Leadership Class 72 & Leadership St. Louis by Focus St. Louis. Jennifer was named top business banker six months into her banking career. Made the cover of St Louis Small Business Monthly as 2021’s Top 100 person to know to help grow, which was the first for any Enterprise Bank & Trust employee. Awarded President’s Circle by Enterprise Bank & Trust. Completed the Willis Towers Watson SheLeads Program. Founder of GRIT Community a virtual women’s leadership group with over 1,3k members and over 100 paid members. Was named by Associated General Contractors National top volunteer in 2021 and AGCMO Top volunteer receiving the AGC1ST Award in 2021, & 2022. National Women in Construction named Jennifer most Influential women in 2024. Served as a STL Dancing with the Stars in 2025, Two-time top Titan Award winner in 2024 & 2025. Served as a Leukoma and Lymphoma visionary in 2024 and is now on the leadership board. She co-leads a Women’s Leadership column through SBM highlight female leaders with our community 2024 & 2025. She is an inclusive community builder who is passionate about supporting business owners, and female leaders in various industries and titles. She is a dedicated mother, community connector, and outdoor adrenaline adventurer.
