Jennifer Bardot, Collection Founder, Author, PublisherJennifer Bardot is the owner and founder of the G.R.I.T Collection Company. She served as the complier, publisher and author of the international bestselling anthology, “Owning Your G.R.I.T.” which inspired her to create a full series of books and her company aimed at helping women define and live their best lives. In the first book of the four-part series called Deconstructing GRIT, Jennifer’s latest book “GROWTH“ brings together 40 amazing women leaders to share tales of their paths to success and self-discovery. G.R.I.T. stands for Growth, Resilience, Intention and Tenacity, all traits Jennifer is known to posses and share with others. She earned her BA in Business Administration and went on to gain not one, but two master’s Degrees in Secondary Education Counseling and Private Practice Therapy. While working for Enterprise Bank and Trust, Jennifer was named top business banker, just six months into her banking career, and was awarded the Presidents Circle Award. In 2021, she was also named one of St Louis Small Business Monthly’s “Top 100 St. Louisans You Should Know to Succeed in Business” and was featured on the cover of that publication. Ever passionate about continuing her education, Jennifer also holds certifications from Dare to Lead, Coro’s Women in Leadership and LSL Leadership St Louis Class of 72 with Focus St. Louis. She hopes to continually enhance others’ lives through her work as a consultant, speaker, connector, mentor (St Louis University, Washington University & Lindenwood University), passion ignitor and community volunteer. In 2021 she was awarded Top Volunteer of the Year by the National Association of General Contractors (AGC) as well receiving recognition in both 2021 & 2022 by AGC of Missouri. She is currently serving as the 2022 Chair of the Cycle Nation program for the American Heart Association, as she also did in 2021.
