Hello... I'm Danielle...I am a Certified Trauma Informed Breathwork Facilitator based in Sonthofen, the most southern town in Germany. Amongst the Alps. I am the founder of Avaree Breathwork.I‘m a Certified Trauma Informed Breathwork Facilitator with Owaken Breathwork and a Human Design Level 1 Reader through Quantum Human Design. I guide people to become aware of their thoughts and actions, nervous system regulation and coming back into the body.Alongside the Breathwork and Human Design readings, I educate them on nutrition, movement, and other nervous system regulation tools. I‘m here to guide you to, help you become your own advocate and come back to your self.Breathwork came to through a mentor I was working with at the time. Breathwork impacted me instantly. It had a profound effect on me and significantly improving my emotional and mental wellbeing. I began to be aware of my nervous system, body sensations, emotions, and my needs. I found my voice and my SELF. Breathwork has helped me navigate a myriad of life's situations. I truly believe that breathwork is the most profound modality for transformation and healing.Breathwork is all about feeling and being through being guided by your intuition. This is all about you, your experience, and your expansion and healing at the cellular level. Here you determine the rhythm and intensity of our work.
