Ashley Lynn Caputo is a Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist (CCHt), having graduated from the Institute of Interpersonal Hypnotherapy in Tampa, FL. She is a member of the International Association of Interpersonal Hypnotherapists at the Interpersonal level as well as a Certified Medical Hypnotherapist through UP Hypnosis Institute and the International Medical Dental Hypnosis Association and a Certified Parts Therapy Trainer through Roy Hunter’s Tebbetts Parts Therapy Foundation. Ashley is a past presenter and current board member of the Hypnosis Education Association as well as a member of the International Association of Counselors and Therapists and the International Medical and Dental Hypnotherapy Association. She has presented workshops at Hypno Expo 2019 and HypnoBiz 2020 on her own HypnoYogaTherapies® and is finishing her first meditation book, “Yoganosis”.  2021 saw her presenting with Chicago’s Karen Hand on Pandemic Problem Solving Protocols which includes using doTERRA essential oils to overcome anosmia caused by COVID-19. Presentations included HypnoBiz 2021, Hypno Expo 2021, and 2021’s Mid America Hypnosis Conference. Ashley has extensive training in yoga including her 500 hour Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher certification, LifeForce® Yoga Practitioner at Level Two, Hatha, Yin, Restorative, Hot, Yoga Nidra, and Vinyasa Flow specialties. She is also a recent graduate of Kripalu’s School of Integrative Yoga Therapy in Massachusettes, making her a Certified Yoga Therapist, C-IAYT. Ashley’s mission is to assist her clients in transforming themselves into their true state of wholeness, aligning body, mind, and soul with various modalities.She has taught and supervised at the Institute of Interpersonal Hypnotherapy in Tampa, FL, online, and at conferences. She serves as the Director of Education Services at Raha Hypnotherapy Online Clinic.Ashley also serves as yoga and meditation instructor who focuses on the integration of body alignment and emotional well-being. She has her Bachelor's degree in dance with an emphasis on classical ballet and a minor in French. She furthered her education by studying nursing, lending to her extensive background in anatomy and physiology which she utilizes as a yoga instructor.  She is an Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher at the 500 hour level (has taught over 1000 hours) and has completed her advanced (RYT 500 hour) training from The Lotus Pond in Tampa, FL.  She is also a Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Provider.
